4Leaftea was founded by a small team of entrepreneurs who believe tea should be an experience, not just a drink. 

What started as a small flower tea line has grown into Malaysia's fast growing tea brand, anchored by our hero product, Rosy Passion, a premium purple rose bud tea prized for its naturally light golden brew.

Our mission is simple: create memorable tea experiences that bring our customers moments of relaxation, wellness and connection - one steep at a time. 

We're a lean, founder-led operation, which means every hire here does work that's actually visible in the numbers, not buried six layers down in a corporate org chart.

4Leaftea is a lean, founder-led team, which means no layers between you and the person making decisions, and no busywork invented to look productive. 

You'll work directly with our founder on real numbers: GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, campaign performance, not vanity metrics buried in a slide deck nobody reads.

We move at the pace of e-commerce: paydays, mega sale campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12), and new product launches all come with real deadlines and real targets. If you like structure and a slow ramp-up, this isn't it. If you want ownership from week one and the chance to see your work show up directly in sales, it is.

We keep things flexible - work from where you're productive, dress how you's comfortable, but we expect accountability in return. Wins get celebrated. Mistakes get fixed fast, not hidden.
