• Accelerate your marketing career by owning end-to-end affiliate campaigns and learning real performance tracking, not just theory.

• Develop practical skills in campaign setup, creator negotiation, and reporting that position you for growth roles across e-commerce.

Campaigns & Partnerships

• Scout, recruit, and onboard social media creators across social media platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and beyond.

Creator Content & Communications

• Coordinate briefs and scripts so every creator's content matches product launches and keeps a consistent brand voice.
• Run our WhatsApp creator community - engaging affiliates through events, promotions, activities, and announcements.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track creator onboarding, campaign performance, ROI, and conversion, and double down on what's working.
• Test creative angles and commission models to improve conversion and repeat purchase rates — turning one-time buyers into regulars.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen (mandatory)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (mandatory)
• 0 years of professional experience required - fresh graduates and candidates with marketing or e-commerce internship experience are equally welcome

Language Requirements

• Comfortable conversing professionally in Bahasa Malaysia and English (mandatory)
• Mandarin proficiency is a bonus, not required

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Fast learner and self-motivated (mandatory)
• Sales-driven mindset - comfortable owning a number without heavy supervision (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage creator relationships (mandatory)
• Organized, curious, and comfortable juggling several creator partnerships at once
