FBG Land (formerly known as Fajarbaru Land (M) Sdn. Bhd.) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of FBG Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd). Focused on property development with a mission to deliver exceptional value by leveraging the Group’s extensive experience in construction and turnkey projects.

FBG Land’s footprint spans regionally, with several prestigious project developments in Malaysia and Australia. In Malaysia, the Rica Residence Sentul has made a notable mark since its launch in 2017, garnering widespread recognition for its vibrant design and strategic location. FBG Land continues to build on this success with a project currently under construction in Kinrara, Kuala Lumpur; an upcoming development in Penang, the Pearl of the Orient; and an ongoing township development project – Desa Green – in Kuala Krai, Kelantan.

In Melbourne, Australia, FBG Land marked a major milestone with the sell-out success of its maiden development project, Gardenhill, in 2017. This was followed by the completion of Paragon, a fully sold luxury skyscraper. FBG Land is currently embarking on its third venture in Melbourne, The Wilds – a thoughtfully designed collection of landed houses on the banks of Merri Creek.
