LEDGEN is a Singapore based professional firm that was founded in 2003, we have grown alongside our clients and have become one of the largest boutique professional services firm in the region. In Singapore, we also operate under the brand, DP SME Advisory, which was acquired in 2023. As a group, we operate directly in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and we also provide services in other jurisdictions in Asia, through our affiliates and partners.  

LEDGEN focuses on the provision of services in 5 verticals – Accounting, Corporate Secretary, Shared Service Centres Solutions, Tax and Payroll & HRM. 

LEDGEN provides customised solutions for start-ups and small businesses. We also curate complex outsourcing and offshoring solutions for MNCs and large corporations. We serve businesses in wide ranging industries including regulated financial services entities, fund managers, start ups, trading, retail, shipping, manufacturing and service industries; with the objective of helping businesses to focus on growth, while we take their mind off statutory, regulatory and compliance matters.
