About Us
Moscon Holding (M) Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian property investment, property management, property developer and construction company. Formerly known as Upicon Sdn Bhd, the company was established in 1997 and has grown into an experienced property development group in Malaysia.
The company focuses mainly on affordable housing solutions, helping communities access practical, quality and sustainable homes. Moscon also participates in mixed development of commercial and residential projects through strategic joint ventures with capable landowners and partners.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Moscon continues to build long-term relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders while creating sustainable business growth.
