21DAYS Investment Education Platform was founded in 2018 with a simple belief: the right financial knowledge can change the direction of a person's life.
Our founder, Dr Koshilan Kosh, was once an engineer working in Singapore. After missing his mother's birthday dinner because of an emergency at work and returning home at 2AM to find her asleep beside an untouched birthday cake, he made a decision. He wanted to build a life that gave him not only financial freedom, but also time for the people who mattered.
Through investing, he achieved his first RM1 million at the age of 26. But another experience gave that achievement a bigger purpose: seeing a friend lose more than RM300,000 to a money game.
That became part of the reason 21DAYS was created: to make practical investment education accessible and help more people build sustainable wealth through knowledge instead of speculation.
We started with a team of 3 and classes of just 10–20 students.
Today, 21DAYS has grown into a 20+ person team, with programmes serving hundreds of students at a time.
And we're still building.
We're ambitious about where 21DAYS is going, but we believe company growth and people growth should happen together.

<h2>About the role</h2>
We are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team at 21DAYS Learning Lab Sdn Bhd, based in Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, running and optimising paid ads, tracking campaign performance and working closely with our Media and Sales teams to generate leads and support business growth.
This role is suitable for someone with at least 1–2 years of digital marketing experience who has hands-on experience with Meta Ads, is comfortable working with numbers and enjoys testing different ideas to improve campaign results.
<h2>What you'll be doing</h2>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns for courses, events, launches and other company initiatives</li>
<li>Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) campaigns</li>
<li>Manage campaign audiences, targeting, retargeting, budgets and ad placements</li>
<li>Monitor key advertising metrics including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate and frequency</li>
<li>Track campaign performance from leads and registrations to show-up and conversion results</li>
<li>Identify underperforming campaigns, ads or creatives and take action to improve results</li>
<li>Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and campaign approaches</li>
<li>Work closely with the Media team to develop and improve creatives based on campaign performance</li>
<li>Coordinate landing pages, registration flows and other marketing materials required for campaigns</li>
<li>Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality, customer feedback and conversion performance</li>
<li>Monitor advertising budgets and ensure marketing spend is used effectively</li>
<li>Prepare campaign reports with key findings, insights and recommended next actions</li>
<li>Conduct post-campaign reviews to identify what worked, what didn't and what can be improved</li>
<li>Support other marketing initiatives and projects when required</li>
</ul>

• Join a growing learning lab in Setia Tropika; drive growth for courses &amp; events.
• Own campaigns end-to-end: A/B test creatives, manage budgets and boost conversions!
