<p><strong>Challenges</strong> <strong>you’ll</strong> <strong>tackle:</strong>​</p>

<li>Collaborate closely with client teams to ensure SEM campaigns are set up according to best practices; drive maximum efficiency and optimum performance in campaign set-up, track and report on key metrics, optimize campaigns to achieve better results and monitor budget/spend pacing and forecasting. ​</li>
<li>Ability to translate ads statistic into insights and suggest a recommendation based on the insights. ​</li>
<li>Analyze B2B ad campaigns performance and identify opportunities to optimize through the components of: Keyword, Ad Copy, Testing &amp; Analysis, Bid Management and A/B testing. ​</li>
<li>Work together with internal teams to develop action plans to streamline operations, through the use of keyword research tools and dashboards to monitor key metrics including but not limited to: Clicks, CTR, Reach, Engagement, Conversions, CPA, ROAS, and cost per click. ​</li>
<li>Provide recommendations for keyword bidding based on market trends and competitor research data, supporting demand generation goals for an organization scaling at rapid pace. ​</li>
<li>Identify and test emerging opportunities while keeping abreast of the latest developments in SEM on Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads. ​</li>
<li>Serve as super-user and product expert for digital marketing paid search platforms. </li>
