Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Ad Campaigns: Create, execute, and optimize social media advertisements across platforms like Facebook and TikTok to achieve marketing goals.
  • Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Develop strategies to effectively target and retarget audiences, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track campaign success and generate actionable insights.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and graphic designers to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned advertisements.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with ad creatives, copy, and formats to identify what works best and continuously improve performance.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring the highest possible return on investment.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Above 3 years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing ad campaigns and expertise in video editing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Creative Thinking: Strong skills in developing engaging and innovative ad content that resonates with target audiences.
