Job Description
Your Growth & Impact
- Get real hands-on affiliate marketing experience running actual TikTok Shop and Shopee campaigns — not filing or coffee runs.
- Build your own network directly with social media creators across TikTok, Shopee Live, and RedNote.
- Learn end-to-end campaign execution, from scouting, briefing, tracking, reporting which are the skills agencies charge clients for.
- Strong performers may be considered for our full-time Affiliate Marketing Executive role after graduation.
Responsibilities
Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Scout and shortlist potential creators across platforms like TikTok , Shopee etc for outreach.
- Support initial outreach and follow-ups to keep creator conversations moving.
Campaign & Content Support
- Help prepare briefs and review creator content for brand fit before it goes live.
- Support product seeding: coordinating sample sends to creators ahead of campaigns.
Community & Communications
- Help manage our WhatsApp creator community: sharing updates, promotions, and announcements.
Reporting & Admin
- Track creator onboarding and campaign performance in our reporting sheet.
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks tied to affiliate operations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Malaysian citizen (mandatory)
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (mandatory)
- No prior work experience required. Coursework or personal social media experience is a bonus
Language Requirements
- Comfortable in Bahasa Malaysia and English (mandatory)
Soft Skills & Qualities
- Organized, proactive, comfortable juggling several small tasks at once
- Genuine interest in social media, creators, and e-commerce
- Fast learner, not afraid to ask questions
