Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD Pipeline Development:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery.
Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for faster release cycles
Infrastructure Management and Automation:
Develop and manage cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to support the workflows.
Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and deployments.
Security and Compliance:
Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR, SOC 2, or HIPAA.
Secure sensitive insurance data through best practices in identity management, encryption, and access control.
Collaboration and Innovation:
Work closely with development, QA, and insurance industry experts to align DevOps practices with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the adoption of emerging technologies in cloud, microservices, and containerization.
Monitoring and Incident Management:
Set up and manage monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure uptime and performance of mission-critical insurance platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or application issues to minimize service interruptions.
Key Qualifications:
Required Skills:
DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on scalable and compliant architectures.
Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
Containerization & Orchestration: Advanced skills in Docker and Kubernetes.
IaC Tools: Strong knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar.
Experience in microservices and service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps in regulated industries like insurance.
