Job Description

  1. Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth daily business operation, such as:

● Office management support that covers work tools and equipment, filling and storage, office safety and health (emergency exit plan & First Aid Kit).

● Helps in office maintenance support coordination (electrical, Photostat machine, telephone, internet, furniture, and door access, first aid box, Covid test kit, fire extinguisher, pest control, disinfection service, etc)

● Helps in coordinate with building management on premises related matters and arrangement.

● Helps in coordinate and contact to contractor or service provider on any repair work, renovation or other installation work. 

● Work arrangement and work monitoring on cleaning services in the office.

● Collect letters and parcel from mailroom/mailbox.

  1. Source, purchase, & keep track for office tools, equipment, furniture, and supplies (eg. stationeries, pantry supplies, toiletries supplies, etc.
  2. Coordinate and provide administrative support on new hires in workstation arrangement, stationery, bundle phone arrangement, building access card, and etc.
  3. Help in manage and issue PRF for company utility bills, Photostat machine, coffee machine, internet, office plants and etc.
  4. Contribute and undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  5. Assist in non-BOM purchasing from other departments, Company policy under Admin Department and BPM Visitor Policy
