- Ensure walk-in guest receive warmth hospitality.
- Assist in customer sign up (Fill in registration form, payment and class explanation).
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and messages.
- Resolve administrative issues.
- Mark customers attendance.
- Communication with teachers regarding lessons.

They soon realized that there wasnβt a lot of swim school in Penang that provide a leading and comfortable environment for kids to learn. In 2022, they decided to bring their knowledge and experience into Penang. They started to build their network along with Yunn Fu, Co-Founder of Bayone and soon started the first Swim School in January 2023.
Our purposes are to nurture in a fun and exciting teaching method with passionate, professional and healthy team in cutting-edge facilities and provide customers great communication service.
We successfully accomplished 500 student milestones in the first 6 months with a team oβ¦
