Job Description

The ERP Epicor Business Consultant plays a key role in helping customers maximize the value of their ERP investments. This role involves deep engagement with customers, working closely with executives, managers, and key employees to integrate the ERP system as the “central nervous system” of the business. The consultant leverages both manufacturing business expertise and technology to drive impactful solutions, regardless of the challenge's scope or complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer business processes to optimize ERP Epicor implementation.
   
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure ERP integration aligns with business goals.
   
• Provide expert guidance on manufacturing business processes and ERP system functionality.
   
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and documentation to support ERP adoption.
   
• Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, ensuring maximum ROI for customers.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
   
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, with roles related to:
   
• Operations
   
• Consulting Services
   
• Project Management in ERP or Supply Chain.
