Advantes has now own its very-own carpentry and metalwork factory to cater to different individual &amp; corporate styles and needs, both locally and internationally. Our pool and professionally trained project managers and designers along with our committed team of dedicated workers will ensure proper execution and timely delivery of the projects. Articulating Innovation

<ul><li>Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.</li><li>Ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company's Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring.</li><li>Inspect and monitor at all times each stage of the construction works, including architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, external works and the infrastructure works.</li><li>Identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.</li><li>Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers.</li><li>Control all relevant project documents and data as per procedure stated in the PQP.</li><li>Consulting with other professionals about design.</li><li>Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.</li><li>Preparing applications for planning and building control departments</li><li>Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.</li><li>Ensure proper planning and organization of site works, setting out, optimal usage of materials, equipment, machinery and manpower.</li><li>Check limits the wastage of materials for the project.</li><li>Conduct oncoming materials check to ensure correct delivered materials on site before it is installed on site.</li><li>To understand site condition for hoisting, distributions and installation.</li><li>To prepare PDI, daily site report, DO checklist, installation checklist, RFI work done and all necessary project related documents and to ensure proper check and handling over of projects.</li></ul><div><br></div>
