We're a dynamic recruitment agency in growth mode—expanding our horizons into broader HR and business services. Our Managing Director (MD) is a driven leader with big ideas and not enough hours in the day... and that’s where you come in.

We're looking for a resourceful, proactive, and intellectually curious intern who can serve as an extra brain and right-hand support for our MD. If you love being a go-to person, enjoy organizing chaos, and are hungry to learn how a business grows from the inside out—this is your time to shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to support new service development. 
• Help manage project timelines and follow-ups with internal or external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, or summaries based on your findings.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and note-taking.
• Take initiative in identifying problems, inefficiencies, or areas where you can help.
• Give opinions where needed (anything goes, from operations to client research).
• Translating content from English to Mandarin.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read/write/speak Mandarin for translation purposes
• A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and a genuine thirst to learn.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple things.
• Comfortable with ambiguity—you're okay without step-by-step instructions.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Adept at online research, basic document formatting, and Google/Microsoft Office tools.
• Bonus if you’re interested in startups, HR, recruitment, or consulting.
