<li>Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to support new service development.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help manage project timelines and follow-ups with internal or external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Prepare presentations, reports, or summaries based on your findings.</li>
<li>Provide day-to-day administrative support and note-taking.</li>
<li>Take initiative in identifying problems, inefficiencies, or areas where you can help.</li>
<li>Give opinions where needed (anything goes, from operations to client research).</li>
<li>Translating content from English to Mandarin.</li>
</ul>
