&nbsp;1. System Design &amp; Implementation: • Design, develop, and optimize custom PLC/HMI programs (Siemens platform preferred) to maximize manufacturing efficiency and reliability. • Architect and build real-time production dashboards for comprehensive performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making. • Develop and implement predictive maintenance systems to proactively reduce downtime. 
2.Plant Commissioning &amp; Operational Readiness: • Lead and execute on-site commissioning, system integration, and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) of automated processes. • Develop and finalize all system documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance manuals. • Train and mentor cross-functional teams (production, maintenance) on the operation and maintenance of new automated systems.&nbsp;
