Job Description

About the Role
We’re looking for a People & Culture Intern to support our hiring and employer branding efforts. You’ll help screen candidates for entry and junior roles, coordinate interviews, and create content that showcases our culture across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll also support university engagement activities like career fairs, career talks, and internship programs.

What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist in screening resumes for entry-level and junior positions
  • Support recruitment coordination such as interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Maintain candidate records and update hiring trackers / ATS data

Employer Branding & Content

  • Create and support hiring-related content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok (posts, short videos, captions)
  • Help plan content calendars and coordinate with internal teams for stories/photos
  • Support recruitment campaigns (e.g., internship intake, graduate hiring)

University & Early Talent Programs

  • Support university career fairs, career talks, and campus engagement activities
  • Assist in internship program coordination (communications, onboarding support, feedback collection)
  • Help prepare event materials (booth setup lists, slides, handouts, QR applications, etc.) 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills (written + spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Interested in recruitment, people operations, and/or employer branding
  • Comfortable creating content (basic Canva/CapCut skills are a plus)
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn

Nice to Have

  • Experience running a club/event, student leadership, or organizing campus activities
  • Basic video editing / social media posting experience
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Calendar)
