We’re looking for a Senior Backend Software Developer to join our growing team in Malaysia. The role is a unique opportunity to build robust, scalable, and error-free integration with a variety of partners and providers, so our customers can use the customized solutions with minimal fuss and maximum confidence.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will work in software development projects predominantly on the .Net platform and possess good hands on experience with cloud services providers like Azure, AWS, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, build, and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable .NET backend of the web & mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and develop solutions
• Optimize application and database performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and fix software defects when necessary
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Continuously improve the software development process
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in .NET Technologies (.NET, .NET Core or .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web API or ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework)
• Proficient with RDBMS and NoSQL, understanding the concepts and designing efficient database schema
• Good understanding of web and mobile application architecture, clean architecture, and microservice architecture
• Good understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, etc) services and infrastructures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in team collaboration on Azure DevOps will be an added advantage
• Experience writing Unit Tests and/or Integration Tests will be an added advantage
• Experience in CI/CD will be an added advantage
• Experience in JavaScript and TypeScript (Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js) will be an added advantage
