Collaboration with vendor and infrastructure are also key part of the role undertaken.</li></ul><h2>Job Requirements</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering from an accredited institution.</li><li>8-10 years of experience in IT application development environment, with 6-8 years in supervisory experience on the supported IT domain (Application solutioning on design and development).</li><li>Sound experience in execution of IT projects with high level of expertise in system application and technology implementation delivery.</li><li>Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with middle management team, internal &amp; external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Domain proficiency in insurance business and its operations including distribution channels modus operandi is essential.</li><li>Able to work independently and highly self-motivated.</li><li>Able to work with peers and other stakeholders, a team player.</li></ul>Technical skills required:<ul><li>Extensive AEM architecture and technology. Experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required.</li><li>Experience integrating AEM with other Adobe products, such as Analytics, Target, Campaign.</li><li>Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.</li><li>Experience with data migration in AEM.</li><li>Experience with communicating to different internal servers, databases from AEM, using both front end (ajax, cookies) and back-end technologies (servlet, osgi service, Sling).</li><li>Strong knowledge on front end technologies: HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE background and working knowledge of Spring, Hibernate frameworks.</li><li>Strong knowledge of relational database (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle) and T-SQL.</li><li>Familiarity with architecture styles/ APIs (Rest API).</li><li>Familiarity with Unix, Websphere Application Server.</li></ul>Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
