They will be responsible for managing their designated solution area, including the roadmap for the associated technology platform or supported end-to-end solutions. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key technology domains, the incumbent will ensure solutions are implemented in accordance with design philosophies that prioritize system attributes such as flexibility, scalability, and modularity.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:IT Application Management<ul><li>Lead the development, design, and implementation of new applications and enhancements to existing systems and software packages.</li><li>Ensure effective delivery of IT solutions with a focus on cost efficiency and quality, maximizing the return on IT investments.</li><li>Develop and execute action plans that support the TECH Division’s strategy through structured planning, established methodologies, and appropriate resource allocation.</li><li>Oversee and enforce adherence to the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software quality management standards.</li><li>Align system delivery with the Enterprise Architecture framework to ensure consistency and scalability.</li><li>Maintain high application availability and ensure timely resolution of system issues and incidents.</li></ul>Design<ul><li>Own and manage a portfolio of solutions, ensuring scalable and performance-optimized architecture.</li><li>Translate business and functional requirements into effective system designs.</li><li>Lead the design and implementation of new applications and system enhancements.</li><li>Serve as the technical lead for medium to high-complexity projects and initiatives that support business growth.</li></ul>Development<ul><li>Develop software code following best practices and coding standards.</li><li>Conduct unit and system integration testing (SIT) prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).</li><li>Provide support during UAT and resolve any issues that arise.</li><li>Deliver second-level production and incident support in collaboration with first-level support teams.</li></ul>Project Scope<ul><li>Lead medium to high-complexity projects, accountable for end-to-end application delivery.</li><li>Collaborate closely with vendors and infrastructure teams to ensure successful project execution.</li></ul>Resource &amp; Team Management<ul><li>Optimize resource planning and utilization to meet business demands effectively.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities.</li><li>Drive team performance in alignment with divisional and organizational strategies.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Job Requirements</h2>General requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering from an accredited institution.</li><li>8–10 years of experience in IT application development, with at least 6–8 years in a supervisory role within the relevant domain.</li><li>Proven track record in executing IT projects and delivering system applications and technology implementations.</li><li>Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with middle management and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>In-depth understanding of insurance business operations, including distribution channels.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.</li></ul>Technical requirements:<ul><li>Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and technologies, including Java Content Repository (API), Sling, Apache Felix OSGi, DAM, and Workflows.</li><li>Experience integrating AEM with Adobe products such as Analytics, Target, and Campaign.</li><li>Proficient in AEM building blocks: templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.</li><li>Experience with AEM data migration and backend/frontend integration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.</li><li>Solid Java/J2EE background with working knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks.</li><li>Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle) and T-SQL.</li><li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and architectural styles.</li><li>Experience with Unix and WebSphere Application Server environments.</li></ul>Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
