About the role
The role is responsible for supporting Allstars Duty Travel (ADT) post-launched initiatives. Specific responsibilities include: optimizing ADT effectiveness, pre and post booking support.
You will work closely with various internal departments to optimize ADT portfolio performance through the above initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for ADT, supporting launch strategy and support; be accountable for all product improvement requirements.
Deepen engagement with DARTS Duty Travel to improve support turnaround time.
Timely tracking, fulfillment and analysis to ensure that results are on track and identify areas to improve efficiencies
Conduct ongoing analysis of markets and competitors to remain current in the marketplace and high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products
What do you need to have to excel in this role?
Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or its equivalent
Project Management Skills
Have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
Confidence and ability to influence, a strong team player who has what it takes to excel in a high dynamic and fast-paced environment.
