Location : Klang Valley, Johor Bahru, Penang.

OBJECTIVE:

To drive Jolicare’s offline retail growth by retaining B2B partnerships for Jolicare and ensuring strong in-store performance. This role covers monitoring retail partner targets, FMCG merchandising & product display, reporting and analysis on the brand's market and competitors. You will build solid relationships with retail partners as our brand representative to support their store sales KPIs, and provide accurate reporting and analysis to ensure smooth and effective retail execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • B2B Sales Channel Management: Drive and manage retail partner relationships to grow offline sales.
  • System Optimisation & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate data and improve internal systems for smooth sales operations.
  • Merchandising Planning & Execution: Ensure effective in-store merchandising to maximise visibility and sell-through.
  • Ad-hoc Projects & Support: Support cross-functional initiatives and assist with urgent business needs as required.
  • Promotions & A&P Activation: Coordinate and execute promotional plans with retail partners (e.g., Guardian, Watsons, Health Lane, Alpro), ensuring ROI and compliance.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Checks: Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity, gather customer insights, and recommend actionable improvements.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience in FMCG, pharmacy, personal care, or healthcare retail sales.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage retail accounts independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with store visits, fieldwork, and frequent travel.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Must own a personal laptop.
