OBJECTIVE:

To assist in creating engaging and high-quality content that aligns with company’s branding and marketing strategies, driving audience engagement and brand awareness across social media platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Collaborate with the team to create produce multimedia content like videos, graphics, and blog posts.
• Create engaging content for platforms in XHS.
• Serve as one of the brand spokespersons.
• Stay updated with industry trends and monitor competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Partnership Program Management:

• Engage with external agency, creators, KOL(s) and partners to promote Jolicare.
• Track and improve partnership results to get the best return on investment (ROI).

Support Direct Leader:

• Support the direct leader in marketing tasks like strategy, research, and campaign execution.
• Help plan and carry out marketing initiatives to achieve overall goals.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Skilled in design and editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and marketplaces such as XHS
