OBJECTIVE:

To support the growth of Shopee and Lazada sales through effective affiliate management and marketplace marketing execution while learning practical e-commerce operations and performance tracking.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Shopee & Lazada Marketplace Operations Support

Assist in daily Shopee operations (campaign setup, voucher submissions, product participation)
Support Online Marketplace tasks such as product visibility checks, and basic account health check
Any ad-hoc task that requires help

Shopee Affiliate Management & Outreach

Identify, approach, and onboard suitable Shopee affiliates (KOLs, content creators, reviewers) aligned with brand objectives
Manage affiliate sample requests, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure timely content delivery
Monitor affiliate performance (sales, content output, conversion) and suggest improvement actions

Affiliate Data & Reporting Management

Update and maintain affiliate details, collaboration status, and performance tracking in Lark Base
Prepare basic weekly/monthly reports on affiliate sales contribution and top performers.

Job Requirements

Proficiency English and Malay.
Final semester students of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related field) or fresh graduates.
Design and editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
Good understanding of Shopee and Lazada online marketplaces and affiliate management systems.
Desire to learn affiliate management, content strategy, or growth marketing.
Responsible, organized and able to follow instructions well
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and posses a positive mindset
