OBJECTIVE:

To assist in creating engaging and high-quality content that aligns with Jolicare's branding and marketing strategies, driving audience engagement and brand awareness across social media platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Creation & Social Media: Develop engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, blog posts) for XHS, Instagram, and TikTok. Act as a brand spokesperson, ensure content aligns with brand goals, and analyze performance to improve results.
• Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, KOLs, affiliates, and partners to promote our brand. Monitor and optimize partnership campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Business Support: Assist the team and direct leader with marketing and business development initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects and campaigns.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Mandarin compulsory (Both speaking and written)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Design, or related fields.
• Skilled in design and editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
