OBJECTIVE:

To develop high performing promotional ad creatives for Meta campaigns targeting the Australian market and support scalable digital marketing growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Paid Ad Creative Design Support

• Design high-converting static ad creatives for platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Create multiple variations of ad visuals (hooks, headlines, thumbnails, CTA layouts) for A/B testing.
• Assist in resizing and adapting creatives according to platform requirements.
• Improve ad visuals based on performance feedback by marketing team (CTR, engagement, conversions).

Social Media Graphic Content

• Design engaging static graphics for Meta and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines, typography standards, and campaign messaging.
• Create promotional visuals for launches, seasonal sales, and voucher campaigns.
• Stay updated with current ad design trends and competitor creatives to enhance visual impact.

Creative Asset Management

• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Repurpose UGC visuals into static paid-ad-ready formats (image-based only).
• Ensure timely delivery of all graphic materials.

Support Direct Leader

• Assist the Direct Leader in preparing visual materials for marketing campaigns.
• Contribute design ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Support other graphic-related marketing tasks when required.

Job Requirements

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related fields (Marketing students preferred).
• Proficient in Canva as your main task heavily involves design.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused ad design.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to produce multiple variations efficiently.
• Portfolio submission of static ad creatives or design work is required.

Nice-To-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Grok Image) is a plus.
