OBJECTIVE:

To create and optimize content for Meta advertising campaigns targeting the Australian audience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Content Creation (Organic & Paid Support)

• Create engaging short-form content concepts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook aligned with brand messaging.
• Develop scripts, hooks, captions, and content angles designed to increase engagement and conversions.
• Assist in brainstorming trending content ideas relevant to the English market.
• Repurpose marketing messages into social-friendly, scroll-stopping content.

Social Media Management Support

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across platforms.
• Monitor content performance (views, engagement rate, saves, shares) and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies.

UGC & Campaign Support

• Assist in coordinating with creators and affiliates for UGC content.
• Help refine messaging angles to align with campaign objectives.
• Support seasonal campaigns (e.g., Raya sales, promotional launches) with content ideas and execution support.

Marketing & Strategy Support

• Assist the Direct Leader in campaign research, competitor analysis, and content strategy planning.
• Contribute ideas during content brainstorming sessions.
• Support execution of marketing initiatives when required.

Job Requirements

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or related fields (Marketing students preferred).
• Familiarity with paid ad creative production and statistics.
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, CTR)
• Proficiency in short form video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken). 
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
• Proven experience creating short form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook in English.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
• Portfolio submission of static ad creatives or design work is required.
