Job Description

To support the TikTok team in executing content creation, TikTok Shop operations, affiliate coordination, and marketing initiatives effectively while contributing to the growth of brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance across digital platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation & TikTok Creative Support

• Collaborate closely with the TikTok team to brainstorm, create, and execute high-performing content aligned with the brand’s strategic direction.
• Assist in producing short-form multimedia content including TikTok videos, trend-based content, behind-the-scenes footage, product showcases, and simple graphic assets.
• Support the planning and execution of daily TikTok content to ensure consistent posting cadence and strong organic visibility.
• Participate as on-camera talent or assist in coordinating talents/creators when required. Research TikTok trends, viral formats, trending sounds, creator styles, and competitor strategies to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
• Assist in preparing content assets for campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and TikTok Shop initiatives.
• Support basic editing, caption writing, hook ideation, and content optimization to improve watch-through rate, engagement, and conversion.

1. TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing Support

• Assist in the execution of TikTok Shop campaigns including product setup, vouchers, promotions, flash deals, campaign participation, and product visibility optimization.
• Support affiliate outreach and relationship management by coordinating with creators, agencies, KOL(s), and TikTok affiliates.
• Help prepare affiliate sampling, creator briefing materials, content references, and campaign follow-ups.
• Monitor TikTok Shop and affiliate performance metrics — including content performance, product traction, and campaign contribution.
• Assist in TikTok LIVE preparation including product arrangement, LIVE flow coordination, moderation support, and post-LIVE reporting.
• Support the team in identifying scalable content and creator opportunities to strengthen TikTok Shop growth.

1. Support Direct Leader & Assistant Manager

• Assist the direct leader and Assistant Manager in planning and executing marketing initiatives, campaign rollouts, and business development activities effectively.
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day execution within the TikTok team.
• Maintain organized tracking for content calendars, creator coordination, campaign deliverables, and reporting documentation.
• Support ad-hoc marketing, branding, and business development tasks assigned by the superior.
• Contribute ideas proactively and support the team in building and scaling TikTok operations from the ground up.

Job Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

• Confident, energetic, and able to communicate naturally in front of the camera.
• Diploma or degree students in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome)
• Proficient in English and Malay;
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools
• Comfortable with social media platform TikTok and TikTok Shop
• Comfortable being on-camera and creating content
• Independent, fast learner, adaptable, and open to feedback

This role is NOT for you if...

• You are not interested in learning paid ads, content strategy, or growth marketing.
• You do not want to be on-camera to create content
