OBJECTIVE:

To develop and execute targeted advertising strategies that align with the company’s Jolicare branding and marketing objectives, driving audience engagement, lead generation, and maximizing ROI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Ads:

• Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and other marketing platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
• Optimize ad spend and performance through continuous testing and analytics to ensure the highest ROI.
• Craft compelling ad creatives that resonate with both platforms' audiences, tailored to drive conversions and capture user interest.

Jolicare Social Media Management & Jolicare Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the team to create produce multimedia content like videos, graphics, and blog posts. Make sure all content is consistent with our brand’s strategic objectives.
• Analyze social media performance to ensure content contributes effectively to brand goals, utilizing insights to optimize future strategies.
• Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Partnership Program Management:

• Engage with external agency, creators, KOL(s) and partners to promote Jolicare.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and support their promotional activities.
• Analyze and enhance the performance of Partnership Campaigns to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

Marketing Support:

• Assist the direct leader in all marketing-related activities, including strategy development, marketing research, and campaign execution.
• Contribute to various marketing initiatives, offering support in planning and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency English and Malay. Mandarin is a plus.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing students (or related fields) or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Design and editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and marketplaces such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Adaptability & flexibility
• Independence & fast learner
