OBJECTIVE:

To support and drive the development of high-impact products for Airda Group’s eCommerce brands by managing supplier coordination, assisting in packaging design, and contributing to the full product lifecycle from concept to improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Product Development Process:

• Conduct research on potential suppliers for new products and services.
• Manage the product development process from ideation to improvement.
• Familiarize and comply with product-related regulations and standards.
• Continuously improve existing products based on surveys, research, and customer feedback.

Product Packaging Design:

• Assist the design creation process for products under Airda Group's eCommerce brands.
• Liaise with designers to finalize product designs.
• Ensure alignment with brand identity and product specifications.

Cross-functional Support:

• Streamline coordination of product development and improvement across departments.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to the overall success of the product development process.
• Provide ad-hoc support towards the head of product development.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin. (Speak, Read, Write)
• Proficiency in packaging design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dimension would be a huge advantage.
• Must have laptop & strong internet connection
• Must able to travel to office (Hybrid working)
