OFFLINE SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVE:

To support Jolicare’s offline retail growth by assisting with B2B retail partnerships and in-store execution. This internship provides hands-on exposure to FMCG retail operations, merchandising, promotions, and market analysis. You will help monitor retail partner performance, support store sales activities, and learn how brands work with retailers to drive sales and visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retail Execution & Merchandising

• Assist in checking in-store product displays, visibility, and merchandising standards.
• Support retail partners in ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed.

Promotions & A&P Support

• Assist in coordinating promotional activities with retail partners (e.g., Guardian, Watsons, Health Lane, Alpro).
• Help track promotion execution and basic performance results.

Market Visits & Competitor Checks

• Conduct store visits to observe competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
• Collect basic customer and store feedback and share observations with the team.

Reporting & Operations

• Support simple reporting on store visits, promotions, and market findings.
• Assist in processing retail partner orders in internal systems.
• Help with ad-hoc tasks related to retail and sales operations.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Interest in retail, FMCG, sales, or brand management
• Good communication skills and a positive, learning mindset.
• Comfortable with store visits, fieldwork, and light travel.
• Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions well.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
