OBJECTIVE:
To assist in TikTok content execution, shop operations, and affiliate tracking to support overall sales performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Performance Testing
- Plan, create, and manage short-form content, producing 3–5 videos per week for TikTok Shop and related platforms.
- Helping in A/B testing on video formats, hooks, messaging, and creatives to identify high-performing content.
TikTok Shop Operations & Health Monitoring
- Monitor and manage daily TikTok Shop Health, including customer service, order flow, fulfillment status, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely responses and smooth operational processes to maintain shop performance and customer satisfaction.
Affiliate & Creator Management
- Coordinate with affiliates and content creators to ensure consistent weekly video output aligned with campaign objectives.
Performance Tracking & Sales Reporting
- Track & record daily sales performance and ads spend.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency English and Malay.
- Comfortable creating content that showcases your face.
- Final semester students of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or related field) or fresh graduates.
- Design and editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
- Responsible, organized and able to follow instructions well
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and posses a positive mindset
