OBJECTIVE:

To ensure seamless inventory management, timely procurement, and efficient coordination between warehouses and delivery partners. This role is responsible for maintaining stock availability, ensuring procurement and shipments are on time, and upholding quality control standards, contributing to the overall efficiency for companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inventory Management

  • Ensure stock levels are always sufficient to meet demand.
  • Plan and execute timely restocking to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.

Procurement & Quality Control (QC)

  • Oversee procurement, ensuring timely orders and deliveries.
  • Perform batch-wise quality checks on received stock.
  • Track shipments and coordinate with suppliers for on-time arrivals.
  • Forecast purchasing budgets for cost-effective stock planning.

Warehouse & Delivery Coordination

  • Work with third-party warehouses and delivery partners to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Resolve any logistics or delivery issues efficiently.

Operational Optimization & Reporting

  • Identify and improve inefficiencies in the supply chain.
  • Provide regular reports on inventory, procurement, and QC performance.


Job Requirements
