OBJECTIVE:

We are hiring for someone to lead and manage the design and performance of our eCommerce websites. This role balances aesthetics, branding, user experience, and business results. You will be responsible for making sure our websites look professional, reflect our brand identity, and perform well in driving engagement and revenue. You will work independently, lead projects, and guide others with clear direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead website improvement projects to enhance user experience, branding, and conversion performance.
2. Design and optimise website pages so they are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with our brand.
3. Analyse website data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure the website supports company goals.
5. Provide leadership and direction to junior team members or external partners.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce website design and optimisation.
• Proven track record in leading eCommerce website projects independently.
• Certification in Shopify, Google Analytics, or CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) is an advantage.
• Decent computer hardware and reliable internet to work remotely.

Preferred Soft Skills:

• Strong ability to balance design quality, branding, user experience, and performance goals.
• Experience with Shopify or other major eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good English command for copywriting and design sense.
