As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that renovation and construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications. You’ll coordinate with contractors, monitor progress, and uphold quality standards while keeping timelines and budgets in check.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🧱 Supervise and manage renovation/construction activities on-site
• 📋 Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• 📸 Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and safety concerns
• 🧠 Resolve on-site challenges and provide practical solutions to avoid delays
• 🧾 Maintain proper documentation including daily site reports, material records, and attendance
• 🧰 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• 📞 Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding site updates

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• 🗣️ Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin (preferred for site coordination)
• 📱 Proficient in reading technical drawings and using basic site tools/software
• 🧠 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• 🧑‍💼 Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• 🚗 Must possess own transport and be willing to travel between sites

Experience

• ✅ Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision experience in renovation, fit-out, or construction projects
• ✅ Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and project workflows
• ✅ Experience in residential or commercial renovation projects is an added advantage
