Job Description

As an Influencer Marketing Intern at Amazin’ Graze, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various tasks related to influencer recruitment, campaign execution, and social media management. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of marketing, allowing you to work closely with leading brands and influencers to create impactful campaigns.

• Prepare proposals: Collaborate with the team to develop compelling influencer marketing proposals for brands. Participate in pitch meetings with clients and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns.
• Influencer recruitment: Assist in identifying and recruiting influencers for the AnyCreator platform, ensuring alignment with brand requirements and campaign objectives.
• Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance, including preparing campaign briefs, service agreements, post-campaign reports, invoices, and other related documents.
• Influencer communication: Negotiate and liaise with influencers regarding campaign details, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth collaborations.
• Social media management: Assist in developing a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely uploads on Instagram and TikTok. This involves planning content themes, producing content, scheduling posts, and organizing content in a strategic manner to maximize engagement and reach.
• Support in other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related to the field.
• A strong interest in influencer marketing and digital advertising is preferred.
• Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a genuine interest in gaining hands-on experience in the influencer marketing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and influencers.
• Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. 
• Experience in managing social media accounts is a plus.
• Show an eye for design and a creative mindset, which will contribute to creating visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms. Ability to use design tools is a plus.
• Ability to produce Mandarin content will be an added advantage.
