 Audit Intern

As an Audit Intern at AMR Business Consultant Group Sdn Bhd, you will assist the audit team in conducting financial audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This internship offers practical experience in auditing, financial reporting, and client management. You will work closely with audit executives and gain valuable exposure to real-world accounting and auditing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements. 
• Support the planning and execution of audit engagements.
• Gather and verify financial data and supporting documents from clients.
• Communicate with clients to resolve audit queries and obtain necessary information.
• Ensure all audit work complies with internal policies, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist audit executives in day-to-day operations and audit documentation.
• Help identify and recommend process improvements for client.
• Complete audit assignments within deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and auditing principles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling financial data.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional work environment. Able to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
