Job Description

  1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored solutions.
  • Develop detailed client profiles and organizational charts to keep track of decision-makers and stakeholders.

3. Sales & Account Growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to market candidates, identify cross-selling opportunities, and meet client demands.
  • Participate in tenders, bids, and proposals to secure new projects and contracts.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Cross-Selling:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential partnerships and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with internal recruiters to understand and market talent profiles that meet client needs.

5. Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Research to analyse the market, identify trends, and understand competitor activities.
  • Develop business development strategies and goals that align with the company’s objectives and growth targets.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and present reports on business development activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement to senior management.
  • Track and document all activities, from lead generation to client acquisition, using CRM software.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in [industry-specific experience, if needed.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
