Job Description

 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage and oversee customer collections and AR processes across local, international, and e-commerce channels. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, reconciling accounts, and supporting cash flow management.

Job Responsibility:

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices for local, international, and e-commerce transactions.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of AR, receipts, and customer interactions.
• Apply customer payments to the correct accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

International & Local Trade

• Handle AR for export and import transactions, ensuring compliance with trade terms (Incoterms, LC, TT).
• Monitor foreign currency receivables and liaise with banks on collection status.
• Support documentation for customs, freight forwarders, and international clients when required.
• Manage credit limits and risk exposure for both local and overseas customers.

E-Commerce Channels

• Reconcile payments from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.) with sales reports.
• Monitor platform deductions (commissions, advertising costs, refund/return adjustments).
• Ensure accurate recording of online sales and settlement cycles.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare weekly/monthly AR aging reports and collection forecasts.
• Assist in month-end closing by reconciling AR balances.
• Support audits by providing required AR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• New graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SQL
• Strong attention to detail and effective organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
• Capability to manage confidential information with professionalism
