Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Executive to assist in managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting our Affiliate TikTok initiatives. You will help grow our brand presence, drive engagement, and support content and affiliate marketing programs across multiple platforms.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibility:

Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in planning, creating, and posting daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Youtube)
  • Monitor social media trends, viral topics, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Help in content writing for captions, blog posts, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
  • Track and report on social media analytics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, impressions, etc.)
  • Assist in brainstorming and pitching creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage external content creators, freelancers, or agencies as needed.


TikTok Affiliate Program

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and engaging TikTok affiliate creators.
  • Help track affiliate content performance and compile reports.
  • Monitor affiliate posts to ensure brand consistency and proper messaging.
  • Coordinate product seeding and communication with TikTok affiliates.
  • Suggest creative ideas for TikTok challenges, trends, and campaigns involving affiliates.

Analytical & Reporting

  • Support the execution of social media campaigns, influencer/brand collaborations, and paid advertising.
  • Maintain and update the content calendar based on marketing priorities and campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs across content, social media, and affiliate channels.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in social media management, content creation and affiliate marketing
  • Technical Skills: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut or other creative tools.
  • Soft Skills: Communication skills in English (Additional languages are a bonus!), writing and editing.
