Job Description

As a Teleconsultant, you will be responsible for processing daily leads, converting potential customers into actual sales, and promoting our range of products and services. Your role will focus on customer engagement through phone calls, Whatsapp messages, emails, and other potential channels to build rapport, offer tailored solutions, and close deals.

Lead Management:

  • Contact potential customers from daily leads.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the relevant tracking documents.

Sales:

  • Promote and sell ArtiqAir’s range of products, including rent-to-own air conditioners and other air conditioning packages and services
  • Provide customers with product information, including pricing, services, features, and promotions.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and close sales through persuasive communication.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.
  • Offer personalized recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with the entire sales process.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of air conditioners.
  • Liaise with the service team for scheduling maintenance or repair services.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide updates on lead progress and closed deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of leads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or relevant tracking documentation is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
