Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Design, configure and optimize Jira Service Management workflows for Enterprise Service Management processes.
2. Support the adaptation of accounting-related workflows and ensure that service requests are correctly routed into the relevant accounting processes.
3. Analyze existing request and workflow structures and identify opportunities for standardization, optimization and automation.
4. Translate business and process requirements into scalable workflow designs within Jira Service Management.
5. Work closely with an experienced Germany-based subject matter expert and help scale the existing workflow know-how into the Malaysia delivery team.
6. Support testing, documentation and quality assurance of workflow changes and process improvements. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
•  Experience with Jira Service Management administration and workflow configuration.
•  Good understanding of workflow design, process modeling and service request handling.
•  Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical Jira Service Management solutions.
•  Knowledge of automation concepts, workflow governance and process optimization is an advantage.
•  Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
•  Good written and spoken English skills for collaboration in an international delivery setup.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
