What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, including Customer Insights – Journeys, Sales, and Fundraising &amp; Engagement.</li> <li>Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps to enhance system functionality.</li> <li>Develop and manage Azure integrations, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.</li> <li>Support the application lifecycle management process, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps.</li> <li>Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li> <li>Provide Level 2 and 3 application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements within agreed timelines.</li> <li>Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, data management, and system governance.</li> </ul> Key Criteria <ul> <li>3+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.</li> <li>Proficient in C# (.NET), JavaScript, and Power Automate for custom solutions and workflows.</li> <li>Strong experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, and Service Bus for system integrations.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.</li> <li>Familiarity with Dataverse, Canvas Apps, and Model-driven Apps development.</li> </ul> Work setup <ul> <li>Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)</li> <li>Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)</li> </ul> &nbsp;#LI-TN1
