<li>Perform user requirements gathering and client facing, and translate them into technical requirements</li>
<li>Manage certification and testing of solutions with card scheme, banks, and partners</li>
<li>Prepare documentations on user requirements, system design, test cases and user guide</li>
<li>Provide on-going support and maintenance of IT applications to ensure service stability and availability</li>
<li>Participate in new product R&amp;D, ad-hoc new initiatives</li>
</ul>
