Job Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers and ensure that their deliverables meet the required standards and are delivered on time
• Design and develop software solutions based on functional specifications provided by project teams
• Test and debug software to ensure quality in the solution
• Participate in performance testing and debug any performance issues that arise
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the development process
• Support all software applications and ensure that target uptimes are met and maintained
• Monitor and troubleshoot software issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them
• Ensure that support SLAs are met by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues
• Work with hardware to ensure that software is properly integrated and optimized for the target environment
• Providing guidance and support to junior members of the team
• Reporting of progress and issues to the relevant parties

Skills
