Job Description

The Sales Manager drives sales growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role involves building strong customer relationships, promoting THALGO products, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about the beauty industry.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.

Job Requirements

  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional, but preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Manager in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products is a plus.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Acquisition: Secure at least 20 new customers each quarter.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain a 90% retention rate with existing clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve a minimum of 30% year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5/5.
