Reporting Relationships

• Reports to: Account Manager 
• Liaises with: Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external partners.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, receipts, and follow up on payments from customers and vendors.
• Coordination: Work with other departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain organized filing systems.
• General Support: Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

The candidate must possess or pursue a diploma or bachelor's degree in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): Accounting, Audit, Taxation.
• Preferred skill(s): MS Excel.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Duration of 3 - 6 months.
