Job Description

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Handle e-commerce transaction matching, billing, and payment processing.
• Guide and monitor junior staff in offsetting customer payments, including preparation of Official Receipts (OR), Credit Notes (CR), and Debit Notes (DN).

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Perform PO receiving and matching in the system.
• Verify and process supplier invoices and payments accurately.
• Conduct AP reconciliation to ensure records are complete and correct.

Payments

• Manage payments to suppliers, operating expenses, staff claims, and part timer wages.

Job Requirements

Supervise and guide junior staff in daily sales collection checks.

• Follow up on e-commerce matters with Operations and Marketing teams regarding orders, billing, and payments.
• Ensure all supplier invoices and financial data are verified, recorded, and updated accurately.
• Verify and update AP payments in the accounting system.
• Perform supplier account reconciliation to maintain accurate balances.
• Execute PO receiving and matching in the system.
