Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand &amp; Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in brand building, marketing campaigns, product planning, and retail support, while assisting in key business activities.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mother &amp; baby care industry.</li>
<li>Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Planning on social media calendar including posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (小红书 ).</li>
<li>Source and coordinate with KOLs/KOCs for product seeding and campaign collaborations.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and assist in ensuring product availability for campaigns and retail partners.</li>
<li>Prepare and update monthly sales performance reports, providing insights to the team on campaign and product performance.</li>
<li>Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations,brochures, social media content, and more.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product launches, sampling activities, and events.</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support daily marketing operations.</li>
</ul>
