We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in brand building, marketing campaigns, product planning, and retail support, while assisting in key business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mother & baby care industry.
• Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, and promotional activities.
• Planning on social media calendar including posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu (小红书 ).
• Source and coordinate with KOLs/KOCs for product seeding and campaign collaborations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ensuring product availability for campaigns and retail partners.
• Prepare and update monthly sales performance reports, providing insights to the team on campaign and product performance.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations,brochures, social media content, and more.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product launches, sampling activities, and events.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support daily marketing operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Familiar with social media platforms (especially XiaoHongShu / 小红书), trends, and influencer engagement.
• Preferred candidate with Chinese language skills (spoken and written) to manage content and communication on XHS.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in the mother & baby industry.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Team player with good communication and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Internship Duration : 1 August 2025 – 31 January 2026 
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 8:30 AM – 5:30PM
