 Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. You'll play a hands-on role in driving our TikTok Shop and social commerce initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across eCommerce management, live operations, affiliate and influencer marketing, and performance analytics. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with TikTok Shop management and backend operations including product listings, campaign submissions, promotional setups, and weekly sales reporting.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, and opportunities in the baby & maternity industry on TikTok Shop.
• Source and coordinate with affiliates, KOLs/KOCs for seeding campaigns and creators collaborations by utilise TikTok Affiliate Centre effectively to boost campaign goals.
• Plan and support TikTok LIVE operations including live host recruitment, prepare schedule LIVE sessions, and support weekly payment submissions for live hosts.
• Coordinate with creative team to align content creation with special campaigns and promotions.
• Track and report weekly performance for TikTok LIVE and affiliate campaigns. Prepare actionable insights to support marketing decisions.
• Prepare TikTok Shop income reports and LOA preparation for cross-functional tasks.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related fields.
• High interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, or any equivalent industry.
• Good planning and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an organised approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Collaborative team player with good communication and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Malay, with a good command of writing and speaking.

Note:

• Internship Duration: 6 months
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM / 9AM - 6PM
• Location: Petaling Jaya
